Parcel due from Gerry Weber Germany under tracker number 1ZV2F0116810831354 not received.
When I checked tracker information it was endorsed on the 13/06/2018 that we were not at home despite the fact that we had been in all day.
No Card was left.
Phoned Stanford Le Hope depot who said that it would be delivered 14/06/2018 between 10.30 and 12.30 - did not arrive.
Phoned again 13.15 on 14/06/2018 to be told that it had been dropped off at 99 Leigh Road Leigh on Sea on the 13/06/2018.
So my questions are:-
Why was I not told this on the 13/06/2018
Why was a card not left as how was I supposed to know this.
Why was it dropped at a shop - was he running late and could not be bothered to deliver to my home address.
Not good enough - I had paid for delivery and now have to walk to collect the package myself.
Very poor customer service that you may wish to know about as hardly a credit to this firm
