Dear Mr. Abney,

I have tried many times to resolve this issue with the Yorktown, NY UPS Center,I've been told they would speak with driver, etc. Writing to you out of frustration. On some occasions the parcels were heavy 30lbs. Below are the emails since December 2018. I would appreciate it if you could intervene on my behalf.

This situation has not been resolved. Again my package was left in the common area by the mailbox, instead of being left outside my apartment. The tracking number is

The local facility has not taken care of this matter. I would like to escalate my complaint to someone in authority that will be able to make Yorktown understand that they are supposed to leave packages in front door of the recipient.
