Today I attempted to make a complaint regarding UPS store in Simi Valley regarding 3 employees not wearing masks, not abiding by UPS's own guidelines of "educating staff, protecting employees and customers from the spread of infection/Coronavirus, and following WHO [& CDC] guidelines. However, to my shock and dismay Bob Murphy, V.P. Operations who stated he reports DIRECTLY TO YOU replied, "Mind ur own Biz" & "U obviously are mistaken. We all wear masks. Are u trying to shake us down?" Is this the "professional" response you condone towards your customers? Is this behavior tolerated, especially from a person in his position and someone who represents UPS? I have fired employees for this behavior-behavior that goes directly against [UPS] business policies. I have screen shots to prove my claim.
