Hello Mr.Abney,My name is Neal Woodie from Graphic Impressions,Charl;otte North Carolina.I ordered a part for a machine from, Alphaset Inc in Canada on 1-24-19 that still has not been delivered to me.I have been told by UPS associates on 4 different days the part was on the truck for delivery,I have been told the part was held up by US Customs,I have been told the part was put on the wrong truck.and finally today told UPS cannot find the shipment. meanwhile a piece of equipment has been sitting idle for this period of time.Can you Please Help Me Thank You for anything you can do.
