Please let me know if you can help with locating a letter size envelope sent via UPS Store #2092 on Wednesday, February 19th - UPS 2nd Day - Tracking Number: 1Z77Y94V8798766772. The envelope contains a Cashier's Check in the amount of $102,513.97 payable to Mr. Cooper, a mortgage company. A UPS investigation was started; today, I was told it closed on 2/27/20 due to "insufficient merchandise description". After speaking with Ms. Ash (member of your Customer Care Solution Team), the investigation was reopened today, 2/28/20. I gave Ms. Ash a detailed description of the package and she said I should hear from the investigation team within 4 days. A stop payment has been placed on the check, but the funds will not be returned by our bank - Industrial Bank - for 30 days unless we can return the check to the bank.
