hi, apologies for contacting directly but I am not very happy with the service i have had thus far received from various UK customer service agents with regards to tracing my ups package..I seem to have run out of options and have received the proverbial run around for 4 days..
I have spoken to Dawn potter and Claire from customs regarding this and customer services twice yesterday and 3 times today having not received a call back as promised, Claire has advised me to initiate a track and trace through customer service but trying to get this through to your agents seems impossible.. they keep saying it has not been released from customs. can you help me?
