I have spent 6 full hours trying to clarify the reimbursement of a claim for $87.75 for an admitted error by your company. I did receive a check, but it had the wrong name and my bank would not accept it. I have had your people hang up 5 times. I have talked to people in Newport News, Atlanta, Tampa, and Crawford, Tx. What is the problem with such a simple thing, and UPS seems to be making a big Deall! I have followed all the instructions given by people in Atlanta. I need help from someone to clear this transaction. I have spent almost 6 full hours on this UPS error.
