I just had an extremely poor experience with UPS.
Your customer service does not exist.
I had a package sent, delivered to the incorrect address, and returned to me. I was told I had to repay in order to resend. I cannot receive a refund and find it very challenging to navigate your website and approach anyone for real assistance.
I'm appalled at the way UPS is operated and will do my best to not use your company. Reading other reviews, I'm not alone.
