I mailed a package from Sarasota, Fl on May 29 to my home in Charleston, WV. Tracking shows that the package went from Sarasota to Jacksonville on the same day. It has not been delivered. I have tried using the UPS web site numerous times and find it difficult. I am 88 years old and have been trying to find my package almost every day for the past three weeks I have talked with representatives six times who have offered to help in finding the package and nothing happens. One person I talked with was in the process of helping when time ran out on her and the phone disconnected. I talked with someone this morning on the help line who asked me to wait while they sought some additional help. After a few minutes, the phone went dead. I really need someone to guide me through the process of finding my package.
