James Orloski sent a message to David Abney that said:
I sent a package on 3/23 from NJ to Staten Island NY. The package as best I can determine was refused by UPS staten island,
I called the company to whom the package was addressed. They have refused NO packages and UPS arrives daily.
The package was returned to the local UPS store, Clinton NJ.
I asked for a refund since the package was NOT delivered.
Answer from local UPS store:
"Hello this is Matt, I just spoke to UPS claims department and due to the pandemic going on right now they are not issuing refunds for late or refused packages."
This is unacceptable. I am reaching out to you for proper resolution.
I don't think you would agree that not providing a refund is good business.
