The above tracking number for our package to date has not made it to our destination. The package are skis & were guaranteed to have the package arrive at our destination for 1/09/2020. We were on the phone multiple times with UPS customer support to find out the package is "sitting" in Sacremento, CA - we are in Lake Tahoe. Customer Service has not been proactive in getting this ordeal resolved. In the meantime, our family member have waited 24 hours in hopes the skiis would arrive and now we have to rent equipment that which defeats the purpose of shipping !Please contact us at 201-738-0240.
