When we originated this shipping document I called it a med size for $15.50. The size was changed to max and the price changed to $21.00, this I understand. Also a second charge of $4.00 was added and this I did not understand. The original shipping label asked if it was less than 5 lbs with the answer âyesâ. When we received the UPS confirmation of delivery it stated the shipment was 3.9 lbs. When I called UPS 800 # I was told it was a dimensional weight of 12.5 lbs. I ask to challenge this charge since the 3.9 lbs came from the UPS system and I was put on a long hold. Then another identical conversation and was put on hold and then a recording message for a long hold, hung up. Tryed on line without help.
Question: Why put a dimensional weight when you weighted it at 3.9 lbs?
