Home Depot arranged this pick up. My front door was open. The driver came with the label, did not ring the door but my RING doorbell detected motion. Went to the door, he was getting in his truck , I waved to him, he looked at me and drove away.
I called UPS and was told that Home Depot didn't pay for pick up today so no one can come back unless I want to pay $15 but the guy was supposed to take the package yesterday. Poor training? Lazy employee? Not sure but that guy did not do his job and now I have to go to UPS and bring the package at a time when we are supposed to be staying home.
