Hello, I'm hoping that you will be address a situation at your UPS Hub/Sorting Center in Anchorage, Alaska.
I have recently had several shipments go from Md., to Anchorage and the UPS web site shows delivered to Anchorage, pending shipment to Valdez and for the last week keeps showing delivery rescheduled. Three (3) boxes - 1 bx was dlvd, and the other two (2) are pending. UPS system shows NDA to Valdez and Sat., dlvy is possible, but on another shipment it did not happen. I have never had such service from a UPS Hub as this chaos from the Anchorage, AK. When a call is made to track the package - same info is given as is on line. A Case has been entered and that will take how long? I would like for someone to contact me to discuss and address the situation with your Anchorage, Ak., management, that such problems exist - I can see rarely, but almost for every shipment the past number of shipments. I have technical staff doing nothing (time is money) while we wait for these shipments and re-shipments. Thanks in advance for a prompt reply.
