gary Fitch sent a message to Stuart Parker that said:
Dear Mr. Peacock,
Iv'e been a member of USaa for 53 years.
I took a distribution from my IRA on January 6, 2020.
My accountant has advised me that even though it's past the 60 day rule on a tax free roll back to the IRA, the new "Cares Act", dated March 27th 2020 allows me to return a portion of my withdrawal or all of it within a three year period.
At this time I'm advised by the wealth management team that it is not possible to do this due and are holding to the 60 rule.
I expect the advocacy group to take a hard look at this government ruling.
