@USAA – Stuart Parker – Dear Mr. Peacock,I am writing to you through this email as I have called

Sydney Harrover sent a message to Stuart Parker that said:

Dear Mr. Peacock,I am writing to you through this email as I have called and written to no avail.I have been a member for many years both with insurance and the USAA credit card services. This spring I was able to pay off my credit card in full; I then received correspondence from USAA , I assumed since i had paid my card off in full it was an increase. I hope you can imagine my dismay when the latter reflected my credit limit went down to 2500.00 from 10000.00. I am currently  recovering from a major heart attack and this was truly a hardship to me and the needs that I have. I called and spoke with a nice lady who said she would refer it-no call back-I sent a note on my payment to you-no response.I am asking you to please contact your counter-part in USAA credit division and return my credit limit to the amount of 10000.00 which it has been for several years. My USAA number is 01144 36 74.
