@USAA – Stuart Parker – Dear Sir, I am hoping to get a claim resolved and no matter what I

Robert Mawby sent a message to Stuart Parker that said:

Dear Sir, I am hoping to get a claim resolved and no matter what I do, I cannot get my adjuster Luis Hinojosa or his supervisor Johnny Rios to call me. I have received several messages and responded to each of them. I received a settlement letter for my claim and I submitted a response inquiring about 3 items and neither of these individuals have responded to my inquiry. Instead, I receive 2 emails stating my claim cannot be resolved because they need to know if I carried any 3rd party insurance. I already responded to this on December 8th 2019. I have answered this question prior several times when speaking with other adjusters who supposedly took notes on this claim. I just posted another reply explaining this to Luis and asked him to review my post in December. I doesn't appear that he reads through any responses I have sent him. This claim has been going on for awhile now and I would just like it resolved. If you can do anything to help this process come to an end I would very much appreciate it.
