I understand that you are an extremely busy man. However, my wife and I are truly disheartened by USAA's claims department. On 03 November 2020 A USAA employee replied to one of my âClaims Communication Centerâ emails stating our claim would be paid by USAA (minus our deductible). Now, 15 days later, we receive a call stating USAA has denied our Claim? Why the dishonest treatment? I have the facts for which I send this request Sir. If you have a team that would like to review all the facts, I will gladly send them via email. Thank you your your time and prompt reply Sir.
