My Name is Ricquitta S. LaCount-Vargas. My home was damaged by a water in August 2018. Jenkins Water Mitigation completed their work. Subsequently, my home needed, new dry wall, paint, flooring, electrical fixtures. In November I spoke with Chris Wyche of Jenkins Restoration the work would be completed with three weeks. I have had trouble with the workers subcontracted by Jenkins Restoration although I've been patient and trying to be reasonable and understanding my patience has worn thin. I want to try to keep everything in house and not file a court case, which is why I am contacting you. For Instance, the flooring people pushed heavy furniture across my bare floors in my foyer and living causing major damage to those floors. The Carpet and Blinds company gave me an estimate of over $3000 to have my sunroom and library floors replaced which are on the left and right sides of the foyer and living room, so that they will match the foyer and living room floors that is due to their gross negligence of pushing furniture across the bare floor. Mr. Parker, please help me rectify this situation in a timely and equitable manner. Thank you for your time regarding this situation.
