I am so very happy with our service at USAA. No matter what the department, and no matter how much or little we have in our accounts, USAA customer service (banking, auto and home, mortgage) is always respectful, helpful and professional.
I am impressed with USAA refunding some of our auto insurance costs due to the Covid-19 pandemic. I would like to suggest an option be created for members to have their refund portion donated to a cause or causes that would benefit those suffering through this event. I, for one, would love to do that.
