My wife's account was compromised by someone and took all of her money out of her account. She has no money to pay her bills, someone took money out of her account and leaving her with nothing to support herself. This has been going for about a month and they are still doing fraudulent charges to her account. Now just today they told her maybe it was her fault and told her that they will be no longer banking with her and she may not be getting her money back.
Is this how USSA or your company treat customers that bank with you"ll. I have been a member for over 20 years. I don't feel safe anymore.
