I have been trying to straighten out my account with USAA for about 2-months. I have tried the verify website twice and talked and done online chat with several help desk personnel, but I can't figure out what is wrong with my online account or how to unlock it. I have used my SSN and also my user ID (17618787), with driver's license pictures on the website, but to no avail. I am a retired Army Reserve CW4 and OIF Veteran, and I am just about ready to give up. I would like to request your help before I give up entirely and stay with State Farm.
