Mr. Valerian Karlski sent a message to Stuart Parker that said:
Hi Wayne,
What an impressive background. Wharton grad too! I am a Vietnam vet who has been with USAA since 2012 and USAA and I have have many bumps in the road. I excused the behavior and misinformation of many USAA reps countless times and considered taking all of my business elsewhere but to avoid the hassle I remained a USAA 'puppet' until this month when for NO sensible accurate reasoning your Credit card division closed both of my USAA Visa accounts and claimed I was BANKRUPT despite my never having included USAA in my Chapter 13 Bankruptcy which USAA was VERY aware of years ago. I was DISCHARGED from the bankruptcy in September of 2019 however the process of a final completion was not finalized (officially) until April 2020 at which time your so called 'professionals' at the credit department of USAA who obviously cannot understand the definition of the word 'DISCHARGED' and caused my FICO scores to drop with any valid reason whatsoever. I always paid my USAA credit and other accounts on time but now I am in the process of concluding my association with USAA who claims to be the Veterans ally. Hardly! The manner is which I was spoken to by the person from your credit division was nothing less then condescending, rude and despicable. I will be cleaning up the loose ends of my association with USAA this month and I will gladly continue to tell my veteran friends about the despicable treatment I received despite my being an outstanding customer. No need to have one of your gofers respond to me as apologies are hollow and worthless.
MOST Sincerely,
Mr. Karlski
