@USAA – Stuart Parker – I am moving my money from USAA after 15 plus years. The incompetence of employees

Angela Crew-Dothard sent a message to Stuart Parker that said:

I am moving my money from USAA after 15 plus years. The incompetence of employees are substandard. I had a fraud encounter of bill pay from my checking to Verizon. Because someone routing payments to another account, I had to make payments(August from my debit card with USAA) I cancelled September and future web bill pay) from my debt and credit cards that are not connected to USAA The 3 payments were sent to a different account that doesn’t belong to me or posted to my account. I have waited for results since August. The investigation trace was not thorough, I received erroneous information about my 3 payments. And today I was told that Verizon said they were giving me my money back. I have proof from my credit cards statements that the payments from web bill pay were not used for my Verizon bill. I have lost the trust and faith in USAA . It saddens me that this financial establishment that is designed for we Military is doing an injustice because of its incompetence of staffing.
