Thomas Sr sent a message to Stuart Parker that said:

I have been calling the 800 number for past several days, several times each day. I was on hold, listening to flute music, each call for more than ten-minutes. Never an answer!! You need to reduce your salary and put that savings in hiring more phone representatives. Service at USAA has really gone down hill and is not what it was inn the past.
