I REALLY could have used your help for the last half-year. I'm a disabled veteran who started with USAA back in the late sixties, and even the US army didn't treat me (and my disabled wife) as poorly as USAA has recently, and on-going. I don't expect to hear from you, but maybe, just maybe something will go right for a change
