Michael Bove' sent a message to Stuart Parker that said:
I was treated very rudely by a supervisor concerning a claim that USAA mishandled and lost in arbitration because they didn't know to ask me for more information about the company that damaged my car even though I had a wittiness to this accident.....I ask you sir....to make this right by me as I was told there is not other recourse for me but to hire an attorney and handle this my self. I am a disabled Vietnam Vet and find this just wrong.....please make this right.....as right now I am very unhappy with USAA
