Mr. Parker:
I have been a satisfied USAA member for most of the past 40 years but your representative, Mr. James Darryl Brown, Jr. (Mountain States Regional Office) who is assigned to my property claim, has not maintained the standards USAA upholds for its members. He has repeatedly failed to help resolve my case. I really do need to work with someone who cares about the members they serve.
