I decided to send you a note regarding our decision to move our insurance products from USAA to another carrier last year. The vague process, lack of truthfulness and little to no concern for our business lead to our lack of confidence in USAA after more than 40 years. We have been happy with our new company and will celebrate our first complete year with them early in May. It is our sincere hope that you and your leadership can learn and grow from situations like ours and preclude other members leaving as we did.
