Mr. Peacock: My name is Gregg Ramsdell and I have been a dedicated member of USAA for over 25 years. I would like to bring to your attention a very serious matter. On 7 May 2020, I reviewed all my accounts online with no issues, as I attempted to open my accounts online on 8 May, I was unable to get passed the security screen, with the statement written, "We are no longer eligible for any policies with USAA if you have any questions please call us at the 800 number. After making 4 calls, and speaking to 6 of your employees, I was enlightened that I was no longer eligible for any insurance policies with USAA. I made contact with a insurance person who could not answer my inquiry why, and supposedly wrote a urgent message to her "senior supervisor" to be in contact with me. Mr. Peacock, I have my vehicle, home, and life insurance policies with your organization. Never filed a claim, nor missed any payments EVER, and after being in the military for 30 years and being retired, I am dropped from utilizing your products with no notice or courtesy of a return phone call or correspondence. This is very concerning. I finally gave your insurance bureau one more chance and again all I received in return was "you are not eligible for policies with USAA. Mr. Peacock, I understand you are a busy man, but I feel that I have been a dedicated customer and deserve an answer immediately on this situation. Thank you
