Adam Jones sent a message to Stuart Parker that said:
Mr Peacock,
I am a USAA member and have been dealing with your roofing division for 3 months now. I have been told that my repairs do not meet my deductible. My Home is insured by USAA and contractors have told me my roof is not eligible for repair. It needs a total replacement.
When I purchased the home I even had a USAA inspector look at the home so I could make sure I was insured for the correct coverage.
Both my Grandfathers, my father in law my Dad and currently my 21 year old son are Veterans. I have been in the Fire Department for 30 years and was at the Pentagon at 9/11 and was the Infectious control officer for the last 5 months of this whole COVID-19 situation. Its been stressful enough, then my roof gets blown off and I get ignored by my insurance company.
Would you please assign someone to personally look into my case? I assure you I am not unreasonable. However my case is being stalled, slow walked or ignored at the present time.
I am not sure why I am being disregarded, however I am and it is very upsetting.
The USAA Representative gave me this link to report to however all I have gotten back from it are reply receipt messages. 54h98w9h5dq5@claims.usaa.com
