Edward J. Haerter sent a message to Stuart Parker that said:
I have been with USAA for 60 years. I am about to pull the plug. Investments sent to Victory Financial have simply disappeared. No formal notice-no paperwork sent to me. They do not answer their phones. I have held several times for well over an hour, with no success.
How could USAA do this to us? And, what is our recourse?
This is the absolute worst service I have ever experienced from an investment company. Something needs to change!!!!
