Mr. Peacock,
We have a genuine complaint. we believe, concerning our automobile insurance increases from one six month coverage to another. We have read all of the different group that USAA support for which we are assessed, such as Automobile Burgulary Theft Prevention Authority, Texas Volunteer Fighters, including minor fees. We hav even noticed an indication when the policy stated that there was an increase in taxes in y state. We have tried to receive clarity from two representatives: Ashley, very polite, indicated that she was in general billing and that the questions that I (Dottie) posed could be answered by a "Policy Service Team' representative because the team decides on increases, She held the line until Jeffrey spoke to me. His atttack was in essence "Your policy is as written." Now, we are requesting that you review the increases before we widen our complaint adainst USSA, By the way, I (Dottie) had an accident, and I was well informed that we lost about a "$200.00" status. We hope to hear from you soon.
