Major Elizabeth Scott-Hughes, USA Retired sent a message to Stuart Parker that said:
My finances (banking, insurance and ivestments ) have been handled by USAA for several decades, but recent changes in the organization- and actions taken have disappointed me and I no longer feel that USAA "has my back" in these matters. The final straw was how you initially handled the stimulus checks going to veteran members, and then today, you dealt with a matter in one of my accounts - in an inexcusably bad way...and did not deal with me as you had said you would.
I can no longer trust USAA's judgment to deal with my finances.....and will be removing ALL my financial matters elsewhere.
