My name is Dionis Abreu. Thank you for taking your time to read my email. I am a Staff Sergeant in the US Army currently serving in Afghanistan for 9 month. the reason I am taking my time is to write you to ask to consider my following request. I have always had a dream of purchasing a home. After contacting USAA and doing a credit pull my dream has come down crashing. Usaa decided to lower my credit card limit which in term has lowered my credit score. This will prevent me from even renting an apartment when i return home in 3 month. I had paid my balace of 6500 down to 2500. I have paid 1000th of dollars in high interest fees never with a late payment ot usaa. The reason they decided to lower my credit because my high revolving balance which was only high because usaa took its time to report that i had paid over 4000 dollar to them on time and a month before. Of coure my credit would fall down. I had also asked for a home loan and a auto loan which was paid off as well which also lead to a lower credit score. Now my credit limit went down to 3400 dollars and i owe usaa 2500 which i going to put me back up at a 90 percent credit to debt ration. I have 15 credit cards all have 0 balnace and the only credit card that's used is the usaa american express card. Please see how you can help with this issue.
