On May 1st, I mailed three checks to pay off my Visa Card and two Personal loans, I called several times and was told they had not received my checks, however on May 12, your bank mailed me the three checks, which, I receive on May 26th, Because UPS was closed, I was not able to send the check over night until May 27th.
The arrived at 10:32 AM on May 28, My Visa was posted, However this morning, I called and was informed that they had not received my checks for the loan, which were all send on the same package, I do not feel that, I shoud be interest for the month od May, since your Bank had the checks sice before the 12th when they were returned to me, Since they had my correct address, they could have deposit them in my checking account and I could have paid off my card and loans before the 12th
