Over 45 year member of USAA desiring contact with an officer'/principal regards a policy/process issue with application for a USAA credit card. Have a suggestion that if adapted would improve customer service in an area vital to your membership.
Unfortunately have found no means to contact anyone in an executive position via the website and even the main operator is unable to contact by name!!!
