Kelly Weiterman sent a message to Richard Davis that said:

I am beside myself with US Bank! We have had TWO ATM cards eaten from your ATM machines in 6 weeks. Now, you ATM machine ate our deposit that was made Friday, November 6, 2020. The only response I have gotten is "this can take up to TEN DAYS to resolve." We have one income and are supposed to wait TEN days? Seriously? I made several attempts to contact the branch this happened at (Southwest Ave in St Louis, MO) but nobody answers the phone. No message about not being able to answer the phone or anything. Just rings. I attempted to contact the branch near our home but no branch manager was available there either. HOW can you leave us hanging like that? WHY can't the ATM be opened to get the paycheck out and get our deposit? WHY can't US Bank do ANYTHING to help? We have been LONG time customers and are living on one income. This situation is absolutely unacceptable. I'm SERIOUSLY considering closing ALL of our accounts when this gets resolved (on YOUR time) and look to refinance our mortgage elsewhere as well! UNACCEPTABLE!!!
