I am writing to you because your credit card department has been mishandling my account and has, in fact, treated me with indifference and has made no effort to resolve deliberate efforts on the part of white collar criminals to hack and misuse my credit card. I have had my card breached and used in a manner that has charged literally thousands of dollars to me and yet no red flags were raised until I raised it. I have since inserted several alerts to make me aware when the card is used, but, for some inexplicable reason when I attempted to make a small purchase at Walmart it was declined. I have called multiple times and no one will talk to me. No one will call me back. No one will tell me why it was declined or why it was put on hold. All that was said was a supervisor would call me in 24-48 hours. That was 4 days ago. I have used this card for years and I have charged literally thousands upon thousands of dollars ...perhaps hundreds of thousands. In my previous work as a Financial Analyst the most important part of my work was...customer service. I made sure the customer was treated with respect and courtesy. In my circumstance...I have not been treated with either. rispetto or onore. I seek relief and resolution...something I hope and pray that you can rectify. Thank you.
