Good Evening Chelsea,
We are no longer interested in pursuing a refinance loan with US Bank. The consistent delays have cost us the chance to purchase property which was subsequently sold.
Additionally, the consistent requests for more information, in our opinion, was a delay tactic even after we recieved an email stating we were conditionally approved.
This final request for additional information was only initiated after we contacted you as to the status. If we did not contact you we cannot imagine how much longer this process would have taken place.
We have multiple loans with US Bank and was never late or had issues. This process was horrible, stressful, and cost us the purchase of a home.
Rest assured we will be looking elsewhere in the near future. Please do not call us any more.
