Dear Mr. Ben van Beurden.

I am writing to you directly in the hopes you can solve a major problem we are having with our Shell Branded Citi MasterCard. We have had this credit card account with Shell for more than 24 years.

We have been trying for a week to link this card to our Shell phone app. We have had multiple useless conversations with Shell Customer Service people who do not seem to understand anything. We are very, very frustrated and very close to stopping our business with Shell. We are extremely frustrated with all of this.

Briefly we had our Shell credit card linked to our phone app and it worked fine. We purchased a new phone and have been trying since then to get this credit card linked to our phone app. So far we have not gotten anywhere at all!

Please can you assign someone to help us get this done. Someone who understands how to do it...please!
