Also one of the attendants at the second location listed above needs to be trained to provide proper customer service. Badarâthe attendantâis quite rude to customers, refusing to even assist with a gasoline transaction. He seems to try to avoid helping them when they need help.
I am a loyal customer of Shell and love the quality of gasoline your company provides, but if these problems persist, I might have to look into other competitors like Chevron, Mobile, and BP.
