Been a customer with Verizon when they bought out Alltelll and was with Alltel before it was Alltel so like 35 years, I dropped Verizon today do to the lack of customer service, attempted for a week to speak with a real person and wasn't able to. I needed a to change my plan since I have retired and the plan no longer worked for me. I will now be paying half that I was with Verizon I was trying to give you a chance to match the other company or even get close but since I'm unable to speak with a live person I will be dropping you. I I tried to call but when I'm told a 7 to 10 minute wait and wait 20 minutes and still on hold I think this is totally ridiculous.
