Susan Dolinar sent a message to Lowell McAdam that said:
Dear Mr Vestberg,
We are long time Verizon customers. We have been with Verizon for over 12 years and at this time there are seven lines on service on our account. We have always praised the
customer service of Verizon as well as the service we get on our phones. However, I have recently found out that you have farmed out your customer service to overseas, which,
makes me very upset. These people do NOT provide customer service, they merely go by a script they are given and are absolutely no help, and they send out text messages at 4AM which is certainly not acceptable, not to mention that when I called
Verizon Monday, I found out that now I am being charged $7 to speak to a representative, that is not in the U S and cannot help me!! So much for Versionâs customer service, because
navigating your stupid computer is impossible. I am at this time searching to see if one of the other companies has their customer service representatives in the U S, and they can
speak english to consider switching service.
I am so sorry to be in this situation at this time, but you have become all about talking to people when you try to sell them something, but not when they need help with a problem
they are having and that is NOT how customer service works, in my opinion.
I will be surprised to get a reply to this email, but at least I feel like Iâm trying.
Regards,
Susan Dolinar
