I am contacting you as a last resort. I am the managing partner for CopperView Medical Center, and we have been clients of yours and your XO acquisition for nearly 20yrs. As such we have had service via 30 phone lines, and with increases in COVID illnesses, this limit has been overwhelmed in our facility.
My administrator, Misty Huntsman, has been working tirelessly for 2 months to add lines, and has gotten nowhere with your staff. We are completely willing to pay for your services. It seems incomprehensible why your company cannot help us, and in the meantime my business and my patients are suffering.
If you can see Verizon servicing my business into the next 20 years, please have someone with authority look into this problem.
