Hello, i need some help. My boyfriends phone line was hacked and someone in the Dominican Republic charged about $285 worth of charges to his bill. We called Verizon customer service, which was a nightmare, as we were transferred around to 4 different people, and they gave us a credit of $100, which $40.00 of that was used to reconnect his phone as you disconnected it cause we didn't pay the extra charges. WE DON'T OWE THE CHARGES MADE TO AND FROM THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC. the phone that was used is in Illinois and has been for quite some time. i am still battling with your customer service department to remove the charges. Will you please help us? We don't know anyone in the Dominican Republic, nor have we been there. if this isn't resolved we will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, along with the FCC.
