I call Verizon Fios to cancel my services at 5245 Appleleaf Court, Richmond, VA 23234 due to I am disabled and had to move into a Senior living facility. When I canceled my services, I paid my account in full. What I was not informed of is that my account canceled on the 28th of the month and I was cancelling on the 2nd, and that I would have to pay for a full month even though I had the service for 4 days.
I have no problem paying for the 4 days that I used the service, however; I think it is horrible that I am asked to pay the remaining amount because your company doesn't prorate.
Please help me with this.
