Hello, my name is Jill GEHRING. I recently switched to Verizon Wireless, specifically for the international plan.

I am on my vacation and activated my international calling. Within 15 minutes, the fraud team suspended my line. I have been dealing with your global team for over 3 hours and they keep telling me to contact the fraud team. Now they have also suspended my husband's phone. They have told me to use a land line, however, that number is not working from Taiwan. The hotel front desk also tried.

I have 8 more days overseas and am getting no assistance. I've now wasted 3+hours in my hotel room trying to get some answers.

I feel stranded and no one seems to care. I have been messaging, but I keep getting pushed off to other people. Four people so far and I have to start over with each with no end in sight. Please help!
