Hello my name is Ronnie Brewer and I was trying to start new service with you guys but of course it did not happen. I was on the phone for 2 hours, had a supervisor get rude with me and hung up in my face. The first agent almost had everything finished so I would have new service because i had to prove my identity witch was no problem. She put me on hold to finish and I was on hold for almost 45 mins then transferred to another department during shift change and it went down from there I have never felt so humiliated in my life. I'm asking you to please give me a call asap at 601-531-4667 so I could explain alot better.
