Hi...I have been a Verizon customer being steamed rolled for sometime. I recently dropped my wireless due to inadequate service. I unfortunately got fios - mainly for internet. This as been a nightmare since the beginning - orders messed up ..wrong information provide etc. No for one tv I have been charged almost 600 in a few months. There is a situation where I do not get channels being charged and it is looked on on demand. I have called several times ..hours..again today. The associate indicated she would check and put me on hold...an hour ago..yes on hold an hour listening to the music. This is absurd and not the only issue. You should be ashamed of the service. I have asked serviced be terminated several times and still not completed. As I type ...still on hold listening to verzion music. Any explanations? I would like to know! I will take this to NBC Today.
